Also, after completing the test you will receive your reports within 48 hours, enabling you to commence treatment immediately.

The Fastnap Sleep Band is ideal for individuals seeking a deeper understanding of their sleep quality or those who want to determine if they have sleep apnea.

Step 1: Download the Fastnap sleep app
Step 2: Connect the Device to the App
Wear the wristband and connect the sleep test for sleep apnea to the Fastnap sleep app
Step 3: Start Test
Wear the sensor, connect it to a wristband, and start the test on the Fastnap sleep app.
Step 4: End Test
When you wake up in the morning, stop the test by clicking on the Finish test button on the app and take the device off.
Step 5: Sleep Result
The sleep apnea diagnosis report will be available within 48 hours and can be viewed through the app.

It is advisable to wear the sensor over the top of your index finger on the same hand as the wristband. This position is crucial so that the light emitting from the sensor must be directly irradiated to the side of your fingernail. It is also important to avoid using external coloring agents like nail polish or skin care products on the test site, as these can affect the measured results. Additionally, fingers that are excessively cold, thin, or have overly long fingernails may impact the accuracy of the measurements.

Note: While measuring, do not shake your finger, reduce any hand movement.

A power adapter can be selected to charge the device. When the indicator is yellow, it means the device is charging, and when it is fully charged it is green.

When connecting the adapter to the socket, ensure there is no obstruction near the socket, and it is easy to plug and unplug. Otherwise, there may be delays in cutting off the power when necessary, potentially causing damage.

A confirmed diagnosis of sleep apnea is required to treat the condition. You can connect to our sleep analyst to understand the report and they can provide you with detailed explanations and advice based on your report. It is always advisable to consult a doctor for proper treatments.
